From the moment you prepare for your trip, our team is here to support you by providing recommendations for nearby hotels, transportation guidance, and practical information to help you arrive at the training venue comfortably and confidently.

Our goal is to ensure that your visit to Dubai is as smooth and enjoyable as possible, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—immersing yourself in an inspiring educational experience.

Travel & Accommodation Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth travel experience, participants are responsible for making all personal travel and accommodation arrangements, including, but not limited to:

  • Flight bookings.
  • Visa applications (where applicable).
  • Hotel or accommodation reservations.
  • Transportation to and from the airport and the training venue.
  • All travel, accommodation, and related personal expenses.

While the Sumi Cosmo team is pleased to offer recommendations and helpful guidance whenever possible, all reservations, payments, travel documentation, and related arrangements remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

Force Majeure & International Travel Conditions

International travel may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond anyone's control, including but not limited to armed conflicts, natural disasters, government regulations, airspace closures, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

Under such circumstances, Sumi Cosmo cannot be held responsible for flight cancellations or delays, visa refusals, travel disruptions, or any additional expenses or losses incurred by participants.

Should a training program be postponed or become impossible to conduct due to force majeure or circumstances that significantly impact its delivery, participants will be notified promptly and offered the available options in accordance with our policies, which may include rescheduling the program or transferring registration to a future intake.

We also encourage participants to review the latest travel advisories issued by their local authorities and to consider obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that provides suitable coverage for unexpected travel disruptions.
