Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fair planning for all participants, the following policy applies once registration has been confirmed.

 

Participant Cancellation

• 40 days or more before the Masterclass: 30% of the course fee will be retained.
• 30 days before the Masterclass: 50% of the course fee will be retained.
• 14 days or less before the Masterclass: 75% of the course fee will be retained.
• Failure to attend without prior notice (No-Show) will result in 100% of the course fee being charged.

 

Rescheduling

Course fees are non-refundable after registration has been confirmed.

Participants may request to transfer their registration to the next available intake of the same Masterclass. Requests to transfer to another Sumi Cosmo Signature Program may be considered subject to availability and any applicable fee adjustments.

Course Changes By Sumi Cosmo

If Sumi Cosmo postpones or cancels the Masterclass for any reason, participants may choose either:

• A full refund, or
• Transfer to the next available Masterclass date.
